The College of visual and Performing Arts is pleased to present its 2016 spring graduates.
Dance students present the annual Student Choreography Showcase as part of the Student Engagement Forum Monday and Tuesday, April 25 and 26. The Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarship (OURS) is the host of this campus wide week of events.
Fifteen majors in Radford University’s Department of Dance descended on West Virginia University and landed themselves the opportunity to perform at the Kennedy Center in D.C.
An adventurous cast and crew cruises into spring in Radford University’s upcoming musical comedy, “Anything Goes.” A longtime favorite of theatregoers, it carries its audience from the stage boards to the shipboards beginning March 29 in the Pridemore Playhouse.
Face-to-face Radford University College of Visual and Performing Arts students told members of the Virginia Legislature about the positive impact the university has made in their lives.
Two productions were recently cast for this semester. They are “Dog Sees God” and “Anything Goes” with music and lyrics by Cole Porter.

Bright colorful depictions of tribal mythology are the subject of a Radford University Art Museum exhibition of modern-day Pardhan Gond art from central India, curated by John H. Bowles.
Two faculty members received promotions and several others were honored for their years of service to Radford University. One staff member was given a service award as well.

Dance instructors Aleksey Plekhanov and Inessa Plekhanova and Radford University Ballet Youth student Lindy Mesmer took home prizes at the 2016 Youth America Grand Prix regional in Philadelphia.
