Electronic Deposits
Radford University, in partnership with Nelnet Business Solutions, offers a secure site through which you can make an e-Check payment or online credit card payments (Nelnet accepts American Express, Discover and MasterCard) for your deposit to Radford University.
- There is no service charge for e-Check payments
- There is a 2.75 percent service charge for credit card payments
When you log in to the portal you will need to follow these few steps to ensure your deposit is processed correctly. Please make sure to review and complete all of the steps listed below.
- Log in to your MyRU account and go to the My Accounts tab
- In the student accounts channel in the center of the page select "Pay by eCheck or Credit Card"
- From the Message Board screen, select Make Payment on the left side of the page
- Utilize the section Make a One-Time Payment on Student Account
- In the Tuition Deposit Box - Click "Pay"
- Complete the payment information
- Confirm that your payment information is correct and click “confirm”
- Payment receipt will appear, please print this receipt for your records.
- Return to the Make Payment page
- If you will be a residential student (living on campus) - In the Apartment/Room Deposit box click"Pay"
- Enter your payment information, click “continue”
- Confirm that your payment information is correct and click “confirm”
- Payment receipt will appear, please print this receipt for your records.
You can log in to the MyRU Portal to make your deposit electronically.
Check Deposits
If you would prefer to make your deposit by check, you can mail it using the following information.
Be sure to include the student’s full name and RU ID number on the subject of line of your check.
Checks should be made payable to Radford University.
