Report a Behavior of Concern

Behavior of Concern Reporting Form

If this is an emergency or you suspect criminal activity is currently taking place, please contact the police immediately. For on campus emergencies, contact the Radford University Police Department at (540) 831-5500. For off campus emergencies, contact the Radford City Department of Police by dialing 911.

The purpose of this reporting system is to create a means for inappropriate, disruptive, or threatening behavior to be brought to the attention of the Behavioral Consultation Team (BCT). This team consists of licensed counselors, university police, and campus administrators. When information is received via this website, it is reviewed and if appropriate, forwarded to the BCT. This team reviews submitted information to develop an appropriate response.

It is strongly encouraged that you speak to someone about your concern. If you would like to do so, you can contact the Office of the Dean of Students. You can speak with someone by phone by dialing (540) 831-5321. You can also visit the office on the second floor of Heth Hall during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Finally, you can send e-mail to dos-web@radford.edu.

Anyone using this site can elect to file their report. You are encouraged to provide contact information, as additional details may be needed. If you do choose to file this report anonymously, please be sure to provide as much detail as possible, as we will not be able to contact you to seek clarification or additional information.
