Position Description:
The Department of Management invites applications for a tenure-track position in management to begin August 2014.  The position is subject to final authorization from the University.  Requirements include an earned doctorate from an AACSB accredited college or school of business (those in the final stage of dissertation completion will be considered). Position Description:
The Department of Economics of the College of Business and Economics (COBE) at Radford University invites applicants for a full-time tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in Economics beginning in August, 2014.
Primary responsibilities include teaching undergraduate principles courses and applied courses in the applicant’s specialization. Preference would be given to those applicants with training and research interests in data analytics; technological change, research & development; monetary economics (money & banking); or managerial economics. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in Economics or be completing the degree requirements before June 2014. For those satisfying the research requirement, the teaching load is three courses per semester. Evening and off-campus instruction is to be expected and the candidate must be able to support a comprehensive program, which recognizes the benefits of all communication modalities and instructional approaches.

The successful candidate will teach in the ACOTE-accredited Master’s entry-level program, and participate in professional leadership activities, scholarship and university service.

Assistant Professor, Tenure Track, Industrial-Organizational Psychology.

The Department of Psychology, College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences, invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level in Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology. The area of specialty within I/O psychology is open, but candidates with expertise in the topics of selection, performance appraisal, and training will be given first consideration.

Radford’s master’s program in I/O has a long history of providing the highest level master’s education. The faculty members in the I/O master’s program and the larger psychology department provide a supportive and collaborative environment for building a successful career. Additionally, the support of I/O alumni provides opportunities for real-world, project-based educational opportunities for the I/O graduate students.
