The second floor houses the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dean of Students, Housing and Residential Life, and Student Accounts; while Financial Aid, Registrar's Office, Parking Services, Student Support Services, and the IT Help Desk are located on the main floor. The lower level houses various sized conference rooms and a lounge area.

Heth Hall is a 68,000 square foot facility located in the center of Radford University's campus. Maps outline the floor plans for each level of the facility, including the lower level (PDF), first level (PDF), and second level (PDF).
