I joined the RU University Relations staff in April of 2005. I am a Web editor and a writer, and my job is to promote the College of Humanities and Behavioral Sciences, College of Science and Technology, College of Graduate and Professional Studies, Alumni Association and The RU Foundation. My duties also include serving as editor of RU's weekly e-newsletter, RU Today, and the Alumni Office's monthly e-newsletter.

I came to RU after working more than four years as the sports information director at The University of Virginia's College at Wise and two years as the assistant director of public relations at my alma mater, Emory & Henry College.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Tina, my daughter, Gracie, and my son, Ty.
