PC Lab


The department maintains a PC lab located in Davis Hall, room 114, which is primarily used for teaching ITEC 100 and ITEC 110. The lab currently contains 29 Lenovo ThinkCenters. All software is stored on the individual machines which include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Karel the robot software, AcuCobol, network access software ( MS Explorer, telnet, Netscape, ftp), Maple, and Spimsal simulation software.

The lab is open to any students enrolled in computer science classes anytime the lab is open, after 8:00PM the lab is open to any Radford University student. A valid student ID is required to enter the lab. There may be times which the lab is reserved for classes and these hours are posted each Friday for the following week.
