***All Radford University employees in receipt of a complaint or report of sexual assault/violence, domestic violence, dating violence, stalking,  sexual exploitation, or sexual harassment must report it to the Title IX Coordinator without delay through the link below.

Online Title IX Reporting for Complainants/Victims

  • Students, faculty, and staff may file a non-confidential report online with the Office of Diversity and Equity. The information provided will not be disseminated to the public unless required by the law. (ONLINE FORM)
