• Program emergency numbers into your cell phone
• Do not walk along at night and avoid isolated areas or short cuts
• Have keys and access cards ready for your car and residence door
• Have a RU Buddy Plan for events and parties
• Contact the Radford University Police Department for a safety escort on campus, when you do not want to walk alone
