Current Students

It is our goal to make the Financial aid application process as easy as possible.  Now that you have your first year under your belt we want to make sure you have all the necessary resources only a click away.  As always, if there is something you can't find, feel free to check out our A-Z index or contact the office so that we can help make this an easy process for you.

IMPORTANT: The 2024-2025 FAFSA filing and aid notice process is unique!

The redesigned 2024-2025 FAFSA opened on December 30, 2023 and is now widely available for students and families to complete.

No higher education institution will receive FAFSA data until the end of January 2024.  We will communicate with students and families when we know more about the timeline for FAFSA processing.

Things to Remember:

  1. You have to file a FAFSA every year you are enrolled!  File by our priority filing deadline of March 1st for need based aid program consideration.
  2. Our office is going to communicate with you via email.  All emails are sent electronically to your radford.edu email address.
  3. All financial aid recipients are expected to meet the Financial Aid Satisfactory Academic Progress Standards.  These are different than the academic progress standards of the Office of the Registrar.
  4. It is your responsibility to know and understand aid award renewal criteria.  Make sure to review requirements regularly so you understand what is expected.
  5. Financial Aid Offers for the next academic year are distributed via email the week of June 1st each year.
