Work Study Position: Spring 2014
Basic computer experience and ability to use a variety of computer applications; good oral and written communications skills; ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues; ability to work independently and with good judgment; must have a good customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous office experience preferred. Students can expect to receive on-the-job training. Applicant must also be dependable and punctual and cannot be a Computer Science or Information Technology major.
Receives incoming telephone calls, greets visitors to the office, assists with the maintenance of student files and storage areas, filing, copying, shredding, daily mail pick-up and delivery, and assists Department of Information Technology staff with special assignments, other duties as assigned.
