Purchasing Department Opportunity

Primary Duties:

1.  Assist Contract Officers with contract related tasks. A) Scan/copy B) Filing C) Proofreading and Editing D) Developing spreadsheets E) Compiling contract  notebooks  F) Other tasks as needed

 2.  Assist with the eVA Account Executive A) Filing B) Copying C) Assisting with the tracking and filing of eVA user records D) Compiling training documentation E) Other tasks as needed

3.  Assist with the Program Support A) Provide phone coverage as directed B) Receive, sort and distribute mail as appropriate C) Assist with office supplies ? replenishing and storing D) Assisting with departmental file management, archiving stored documents, data, in preparation for disposal E) Shredding F) Other tasks as needed
