Housing and Residential Life
Student must be able to work in the combination hours of 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Students work approximately 12 hours a week.
Basic computer experience and ability to use a variety of computer applications; good oral and written communications skills; ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential issues; ability to work independently and with good judgment; must have a good conduct record; good customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous customer service experience preferred. Students can expect to receive on-the-job training.
Receives incoming telephone calls, greets visitors to the offices, filing, copying, shredding, other duties as assigned.
