Office Description:
Housing and Residential Life responds to the information of students and parents concerning on campus housing
Job Qualifications:
Basic computer experience and ability to use a variety of computer applications; good oral and written communications skills; ability to use discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential issues; ability to work independently and with good judgment; must have a good conduct record; good customer service and interpersonal skills. Previous office experience preferred. Students can expect to receive on-the-job training.
Students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.4 to be considered and be aware that prior conduct will be reviewed, any student currently on 20 weeks or more of conduct probation cannot be considered.
Students must qualify for Work Study through Financial Aid.
Job Description:
Receives incoming telephone calls, greets visitors to the office, filing, copying, shredding, assists with mailings, daily mail pick-up and delivery, assists Housing and Residential Life Office staff with special assignments, other duties as assigned.
