This form is to be used only by students that have been admitted or have applied to the RU Roanoke Campus 2+2 programs OR the Martinsville dual enrollment programs and who are required to take college classes at another college at the same time as part of their Radford University special degree program. Students should complete and return this form each year that they take classes in these programs and should submit this form to the Financial Aid Office at the time that the student applies for financial aid. Admission into the special programs will be confirmed with the Registrar's Office prior to processing of this application. You will need to follow the undergraduate application process to apply for financial aid.
In addition to this form, the student must have their advisor complete the “APPROVAL FOR TRANSFER CREDIT” form each semester that he/ she plans to dually enroll. This form is also available on the Financial Aid website (www.radford.edu/~finaid) under forms. The “Approval for Transfer Credit” form must be completed and returned to the RU Financial Aid Office before April 1 for Summer School, July 1 for Fall, and November 1 for Spring.
