Student Employee Request Form

Please submit all student information that you would like to hire as your student employees for the Federal Work Study and Work Scholarship programs.

By submitting student information on this form, you are confirming that you would like the eligible students to be processed as student employees.

Student contracts and access to the online time system will not be granted until all necessary paperwork has been received.

If you need to submit more than nine requests at one time please complete the form once and then resubmit the form with any additional students you would like to request.  If you have any issues with this form please contact Jerry Lester in the Financial Aid Office.
