Our Business Services offices can help you with all the little things to smooth your transition to Radford University. Start with paying tuition in our Student Accounts offices. They can help you with payment plans and answer your questions that relate to your tuition payments. Computers are a pain when they don't work; let our computer help desk and their offices easy the stress of a complicated Ethernet and wireless internet issues. No matter the business need, our staff is there to help you on your way to a relaxing first year at Radford University.
Parking
Any vehicle parked on university property must be registered with Parking Services, display a valid parking permit and be parked in designated parking areas. Permits are valid from August 15 of the current year until August 15 of the next year. Permits may be purchased online beginning July 26 and through January 31. Parking regulations are in effect 24/7.
Visitor permits, available from the University Police Department in the Allen Building, are required during weekdays until 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Post Office
A U.S. Postal Service Station is located in Dalton Hall. Each residential student is assigned a FREE mailbox. Notices for UPS, FedEx, and other parcels distributed by the post office are placed in student boxes. You must have your ID card to pick up packages. RU Express, cash or check (checks require two forms of ID) is accepted for postal services. The post office is open Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
