Felipe H. Chia (M.S.) J.D., Ed.D, Harrisburg, Pa., received the Teaching Excellence Award for the second time and the 2011 International Award for Teaching Excellence from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. He is a professor of management and marketing at Harrisburg Area Community College and a partner with Corporate Legal Services PLLC.
Paul W. Schulz, Saginaw, Texas, is a senior logistic analyst in the UAE Block 60 F-16 program at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.

Michelle Tricca, Naples, Fla., was given the outstanding achievement award for her work in photography in public art by the city of Naples. As a tribute to human diversity, she produced “A Face In The Crowd,” a 1,300-square-foot installation consisting of 900 portraits of Naples residents.
