    This exhibition showcases recent art by faculty in the Radford University Department of Art. Artists featured include Halide Salam, Feng, Eloise Philpot, Drew Dodson, John O'Connor, Richard Bay, Alison Pack, Ken Smith, Andrew Ross and Brent Webb. Mediums include photography, metals, ceramics, painting in various media, and more.

    This Radford University art exhibit is an annual student competition with numerous awards, including Best in Show in the undergraduate and graduate divisions. The Juried Student Show is open to all Radford University students regardless of major. Juror: Michelle Moseley-Christian, Associate Professor and Art History Chair in the School of Visual Arts at Virginia Tech

    Although many of the works in Bill Wightman's Radford University alumnus exhibition are intentionally playful, often behind or beyond this sense of play lie other realms of exploration. For example, in the body of work entitled “Careers I’ll Never Have," the images of Wightman as a professional working in a variety of settings explore his self-realized limitations, whether they be aptitude, abilities, resources, etc. The “faked” scenes also intend to address our own instances of fakery when convincing others of our expertise, skills, etc.
