How markets encourage ethical behavior

The RU Economics Students Association is hosting guest lecturer Scott A. Beaulier to campus Oct. 8.

Beaulier, chair of the Division of Economics at Troy University, will speak on "The Virtue of Business: How Markets Encourage Ethical Behavior."

The lecture begins at 6:30 p.m. in the College of Business and Economics Building's 340 multipurpose room. Free pizza will be available beginning at 6 p.m.

Beaulier serves as executive director of the Manuel H. Johnson Center for Political Economy at Troy. Throughout his career as an economist, Beaulier has actively engaged in the policy arena, both within academia and in the public sphere.
