Amber Mullen, Director of Residential Life
Amber became the Director of Residential Life in 2012. She earned her bachelor's degree at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and her master's degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
LORI ETHERIDGE, AREA DIRECTOR Lori is the Area Director for Main Quad, which includes Washington, Madison, Jefferson, Norwood, and Tyler Halls. Lori earned her bachelor’s degree at Radford University in Criminal Justice and her master’s degree in Counselor Education at Radford University .
Joe Wilder, Area Director
Joe is the Area Director for Muse Quad. Joe also serves as the advisor for the Residence Hall Association. Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in History from Virginia Tech in 2008 and his master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech in 2010.
Amanda Anderson, Area Director
Amanda is the Area Director for Governor’s Quad and the University Apartments, which consists of Stuart, Floyd, Peery, and Trinkle Halls, as well as the university-owned and university-operated apartments. Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree at Virginia Tech and her master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Brandi McKee, Area Director
Brandi is the Area Director for Moffett Quad which includes Bolling, Draper, Pocahontas, Ingles, and Moffett Halls. Brandi earned her bachelor’s degree from Roanoke College and her master’s degree in Counselor Education: Student Affairs Adminstration at Radford University.
Lauren Hatfield, Assistant Director for Retention Programming
Lauren joined Radford as the Assistant Director for Retention Programming in 2013. She most recently worked in Assessment in South Carolina. Lauren received her bachelor’s at the University of Connecticut and her master’s of Higher Education Administration at the University of South Carolina.
Timothy Ledna, Assistant Director for Residential Education
Born in Denver and raised in Chicago, Timothy Ledna came to Virginia in 2015 to serve Radford University as the Assistant Director for Residential Education. Timothy attended Loyola University Chicago where he studied Humanities and was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2002. One year after graduating with his BA, Timothy went on to attend the University of Notre Dame where he earned a Master of Arts in Theology. A couple years later, Timothy earned a second Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, graduating in 2009 from the University of Nevada Las Vegas; at the same time he received the National Certified Counselor credential from the National Board of Certified Counselors. Mr. Ledna is a helping professional with over a decade of service in both community and educational settings. He currently works in and contributes to the Student Affairs field by helping college students achieve success; most recently, before joining Radford, Timothy directed the Living Learning Community at Utah State University for approximately six years. Timothy has interests in building educational communities, designing leadership curricula, engaging students in service-learning experiences, and researching the role of spirituality in higher education. While he is most proud of being the adoptive father of two children, he also feels honored to have been an advocate for struggling communities, at-risk college students, the poor, and other diverse populations.
