SCI academic learning experiences incorporate a wide-range of high-impact, student-centered instructional practices including, but not limited to:
- Applied research;
- Participation at a relevant professional conference;
- Case-based or problem-based learning; and
- Appropriately focused and structured travel experiences.
SCI co-curriculars contribute target three areas of your development:
- Reflective Judgment, and
- Intercultural Knowledge and Competence.
There are also three “tiers” of SCI co-curriculars. The first tier supports broad exposure to the learning goals and objectives of the SC program.
