RU Conduct Philosophy
Radford University is a community of scholars and learners in which the ideals of freedom of inquiry, thought, expression and the individual are sustained. With these ideals comes the responsibility of every student to hold him/herself to the standards of the Radford University community set forth in its policies.
Purpose of the Conduct Process
RU’s campus conduct processes emphasizes education by focusing on the growth and development of the individual student, encouraging self-conduct and fostering a respect for the rights of others. Regardless of the means by which conduct is processed, the ends remain the same: to redirect the behavior of the student into acceptable patterns and to protect the rights of the community.
Conduct Process
Information about the student conduct process and procedures can be found in the Standards of Student Conduct (PDF).
