U.S. Dept of State Travel Registration allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the U.S. can better assist you in case of an emergency. The site also allows Americans residing abroad to get routine information from the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate.

Services include an initial travel consultation to review travel itinerary, previous immunizations, chronic diseases, pregnancy, and/or special disability needs. Appropriate immunizations and other preventive medications are offered based on CDC recommendations and requirements specific to the travel itinerary.
