Erin Sullivan, LCSW, DCSW
Sullivan is a licensed clinical social worker who has been in practice for over 24 years (8 years at SCS). She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Mary Baldwin College and her master’s degree at Virginia Commonwealth University. Erin has enjoyed living and working in the NRV since 1987.
John Betzel, LPC, LMFT
John is a licensed professional counselor and a marriage and family therapist, who has practiced in a variety of settings for more than 36 years (13 years at SCS). He obtained his master's degree from Georgia State University. Originally from Atlanta, GA, John and his family have enjoyed living and working in the beautiful New River Valley since 1996.
David Hamilton, Ph.D., LCP
Hamilton is a licensed clinical psychologist who has been practicing in a variety of settings for over 30 years. He obtained his doctorate from the University of Virginia, completed an internship in a university counseling center and has enjoyed living and working in the New River for 25 years.
Deborah Miller, LPC, LMFT
Miller is a licensed professional counselor and a marriage and family therapist who has been in practice for over 25 years. Deborah moved to the NRV to completed her masters at Virginia Tech and joined the SCS staff in 2010 .
Eleanore Gubitosa, NCC, LPC
Eleanore is a licensed professional counselor who has primarily worked with youth and young adults. She obtained her Master's degree from Marymount University. Eleanore joined the SCS staff in 2013 and is enjoying living in southwestern Virginia.
Thad Reece M.S.
Reece recently relocated to Virginia from Atlanta, GA, where he is pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Georgia School of Professional Psychology. He received a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Georgia in 2010 and has experience working in public school, college counseling, behavioral health, and medical neuropsychology settings. He received a Masters in Clinical Psychology from GSPP last year. Reece will be completing his Doctoral Internship rotation with the Radford University SCS. He is excited for a new challenge and is looking forward to being part of an amazing team!
Rachel Turk, M. S.
Doctoral Practicum Student
Rachel is a second year doctoral student in Counseling Psychology here at Radford where she also obtained her Masters in Clinical-Counseling Psychology in 2013. Her clinical focus is children, adolescents, and young adults, making the SCS a perfect practicum site. She has worked in a variety of settings including integrated health care, private outpatient, and short-term psychiatric inpatient treatment. She will be with the SCS this year completing her second-year practicum.
N. Kalaya Okereke, MD
Dr. Okereke is a dual-board-certified Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist who joined the SCS team in 2015. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She completed her adult psychiatry residency training at Carilion/University of Virginia (Roanoke-Salem). She completed her child & adolescent psychiatry fellowship training at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University. Dr. Okereke has over 10 years of experience after completion of her post-graduate training and is pleased to return to Southwest Virginia to continue her practice of psychiatry.
Jordan L. McCann, MPH
Jordan just moved to Radford, VA in September 2015 after completing her Master of Public Health degree from West Virginia University. She has a concentration in Social and Behavioral Health Sciences and a certificate in women's health. Jordan has been working with college peer health education for over 3 years now.

Watson joined the SCS Office as the Clinical Office Associate in October 2003. She has lived in the New River Valley all of her life and enjoys working with the students and staff at Radford University.
