Financial Aid
Financial aid is available during the summer on a limited basis. Federal Direct Loan funds are available for the summer only if a student has not already borrowed their annual loan limit. Limited student employment positions are available on campus and will be posted on the Radford Univesity Financial Aid website as they become available.
There are some Private Education Lenders that will allow Radford University regular admission students to borrow tuition and fee amounts. Information about these lenders can also be found on the Financial Aid website.
Parent Loans are also available for students enrolling in at least six semester hours. Parents may apply for these loans online through StudentsLoans.gov.
All students interested in applying for summer financial assistance must file the Radford University Summer Financial Aid Application that is available on their MyRU account under the Financial Aid tab. Please contact the Financial Aid Office if you have questions at finaid@radford.edu or 540-831-5408.
