One of our co-editors (and regular contributor to the Bulletin), Jack Call, conducts a 4-hour constitutional update each year with police chiefs and deputy chiefs who go to Radford University for a week of training conducted by VACP.  Jack puts together a student handout that he has posted on his personal webpage.  You can find a link to the handout at www.radford.edu/~jcall (scroll to the heading, "VACP Materials").  The handout discusses several recent Supreme Court and Virginia appellate cases dealing with police practices.
