Technology Assistance Center

The Technology Assistance Center provides centralized support for the technology needs of the campus community. The Technology Assistance Center is the single point of entry for technology related questions or for assistance with computer problems or university IT systems.

DoIT provides training for faculty, staff, and students on the use of common software packages and certain university systems. We strive to provide courteous support to students, faculty and staff and to assist you with resolution of your technical problems as quickly as possible.

  • Phone Support

    Monday through Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
    Emergency classroom support is provided 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday when classes are in session. Please call (540) 831-7500 Option 2.  Limited classroom support from 5 p.m. until midnight weekdays when classes are in session.

    Sunday 10 p.m. - Friday 10 p.m. (24 hours/day)
