Research Interests:

My primary interest is in the synthesis of unique transition metal clusters. This involves the use of vacuum and inert atmosphere techniques due to the pyrophoric nature of these compounds. I am very interested in the synthesis of transition metal clusters as precursors for applications such as heterogeneous catalysis, desulfurization of fossil fuels, magnetic materials, and other potential applications.
