Sheron Henry-Smith brings a wealth of experience and a student-centered approach to
her role as Associate Dean of Students at Radford University. With over 20 years dedicated
to advocating for students and addressing their needs through collaborative and holistic
methods. Starting her position in January 2025, Sheron will partner in overseeing
the daily operations of the Office of the Dean of Students and collaborate on campus-wide
initiatives to enhance the overall student experience.
