As an assessment specialist, Noah Elbaor collaborates with academic programs and University
offices to develop tailored and sustainable assessment plans oriented towards continuous
improvement and student achievement. He ensures that plans accurately measure and
showcase student success while meeting regional and state accreditation standards.
Noah is additionally responsible for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of
institutional assessment data and serves as an advisor to the REAL Council. Noah’s
education experience includes statistically consulting for St. Olaf College TRIO programs
and teaching English at Lycée Schuman-Peret in Le Havre, France and 8th grade literature
at Breakthrough Twin Cities in St. Paul, Minnesota. Noah graduated from St. Olaf College
with a B.A. in Quantitative Economics.
