Born and raised in Baltimore MD, Dr. Collier completed his undergraduate studies at
Wake Forest University and his medical school training at Philadelphia college of
Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his training at Vanderbilt University Medical center
with emphasis on Acute Care Surgery (Trauma, Emergency General Surgery, Surgical Critical
Care). He is currently the Section Chief of Acute Care Surgery and the Trauma Medical
Director at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
He loves to spend time with his wife and children. He also loves all activities that
are outside, especially running and playing golf.
