Dr. Young-Kook Moon received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology
(with a concentration in Occupational Health Psychology) from Central Michigan University
in 2023 and is now an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Radford University. At
Radford University, he has taught courses such as Psychometrics, Multivariate Analysis,
and Seminar in Psychology. His research interests include employee turnover, occupational
health psychology, and personality. He considers himself a lifelong learner, always
eager to develop new skills or refine existing ones. He loves his family, watching
basketball games, and observing squirrels.
