Detailed Description of Conduct of Course

Depending on the topic, the instructor and the size of the group, the course may be conducted using a lecture format or a seminar approach.

It may include discussion, oral presentations, case studies, or a variety of other approaches.
 

Goals and Objectives of the Course

The Special Topics provides an opportunity to introduce to students a body of knowledge for which no formal, regularly scheduled course exists.
 

Assessment Measures

Assessment will vary with the instructor and the topic.
