INST 489Z: Non-RU Study Abroad Practicum
Prerequisites: Pre-approval by Director of International Education.
Credits: (6-18)
Utilized as a means to acknowledge registration in a non-RU affiliated Study Abroad
program that has been approved on an individual basis by the Director of International
Education and for which a formal articulation agreement has been generated between
the financial aid office of the participating university and RU. Special rules apply,
so interested parties are strongly encouraged to consult with the University Registrar
or the Director of Financial Aid for additional information. Grade values are assigned
as pass/fail and the awarding of specific course credit is determined at the conclusion
of the experience and when official transcripts are received by the Office of the
Registrar. If preapproval has not been attained prior to the student’s participation
abroad, the student will not be considered enrolled at Radford University and credit
will only be considered under the traditional transfer credit evaluation process.
