The major topics to be covered in Organizational Behavior are:
1) The Individual in Organizations
2) Groups and Interpersonal Influence
3) Organizational Structure and Process
VI. Detailed Description of Conduct of Course:
The course consists of lecture/discussion, research projects, and examinations. Theories will be discussed, with cases and experiential exercises as appropriate. Student presentations may be required, and students may be assigned to groups.
