OCTH 698: Directed Study in Occupational Therapy
Prerequisite: To allow M.O.T. students and faculty to work together on projects of mutual interest that are not otherwise covered by coursework

The content of the course will vary based on the particular student, faculty member, and agreed-upon work that will be done. Reading, writing, meetings, and the development of a final product may be expected in most Directed Studies.

Topics for projects are chosen collaboratively by the student and Level II Fieldwork Educator, and approved by the Clinical Director.

Assessment Measures
The grade will be based on the instructor's evaluation of the degree to which the student met the responsibilities outlined in the Directed Study agreement. The timeliness of work, the amount of time and effort, and the quality of the work may be considered along with other factors.
