Reserve Campus Spaces

Campus spaces may be reserved for events and programs by request.

NOTE: Certain types of events or events over 100 people require the completion of a Request for Security Services. Costs will be determined by the Radford University Police Department.

Reservation Guidelines for Campus Spaces

Requests to reserve campus spaces must be made no less than 5 business days prior to the event or activity being scheduled.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

All cancellations of an event space should be submitted via email to scheduling@radford.edu. You will receive an email confirming cancellation of your event. If you do not receive an email and are concerned your request for cancellation has not been acknowledged, call the University Scheduling Office at 540-831-7000.
