Tartan Transfer is a collaboration with Radford University and eight participating Virginia Community College System (VCCS) schools designed to ensure access and affordability:
In order to participate in the Tartan Transfer program, students must:
*Note: a minimum of 2.0 cumulative grade point average is required to join Tartan Transfer. However, a minimum of 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of graduation from the community college is required to matriculate to Radford. University.

Note: students who have previously attended Radford University will need to reapply through the readmission process and not eligible to participate in Tartan Transfer.
Required for all Tartan Transfer participants, your Declaration of Intent serves as a shortened admissions application, and you may select your intended Radford University start term up to two years in advance.
