School of Computing and Information Sciences

The School of Computing and Information Sciences prepares students for in-demand careers with core elements of software engineering, data management, computer science and cybersecurity.  

These programs include real world, hands-on opportunities and experiences that provide a foundation for success utilizing essential, cutting edge technology and practices.  

World class faculty and facilities enable students to customize their experience and develop competencies in crucial areas for employment.

Undergraduate Programs

The School of Computing and Information Sciences offers two bachelor of science degrees.

  • Computer Science, B.S.

    Gain a broad, theoretical foundation in computing and/or practical, hands-on experience while completing one or more of the following concentrations:

    • Advanced Computer Science
    • Advanced Database
    • Advanced Networks
    • Advanced Software Engineering

  • Cybersecurity, B.S.

    Graduates are well prepared to design, implement, deploy and administer technological solutions to prevent and defend against cyber-attacks.

Our Data and Information Management, M.S. combines traditional classroom learning with practical experience, resulting in a curriculum that challenges students to solve real problems for real clients.
