How to Schedule Your Exam

Scheduling your exam is easy:

Create a Pearson VUE Account: Visit pearsonvue.com to sign up or log into your account.
Select the Radford University as the Testing Location: When prompted, choose our testing center as your preferred location.
Choose Your Exam Date: Select a date and time that works for you from the available options.
Prepare for Success: Review Pearson VUE’s testing policies and guidelines to ensure you are ready on test day.

What to Expect on Test Day

Arrive Early: Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time to allow for check-in procedures.
Bring Identification: You must present two original, valid (unexpired) forms of identification on test day—photocopies are not accepted.
- Primary ID: A government-issued ID that includes your name, photo, and signature.
- Secondary ID: An ID that includes your name and signature or name and a recent, recognizable photo.
- The first and last name on both IDs must exactly match the name used during registration. All required IDs must be issued by the country in which you are testing.
Secure Environment: All personal belongings, including electronic devices, must be stored in provided lockers during your exam.

Parking Information

Visitors to the Certification Center may park in designated visitor spots at 1000 East Main St., Radford, VA, conveniently located at The HUB at Radford University. Upon arrival, visitors must check in at the main desk to obtain a parking pass, which must be displayed in their vehicle.

Additional free public parking is available in downtown Radford within walking distance ([VIEW MAP]). To ensure a smooth experience, please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking and check-in.

Public Transit

For those using public transportation, there is a Radford Transit stop at The HUB with direct routes throughout Radford and Fairlawn, as well as to and from Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg and New River Community College campuses in Dublin and Christiansburg.
