Free Homecoming Concert on Moffett Lawn

Saturday, Oct. 5 from 2-4:30 p.m.

Join alumni, students and friends to celebrate in the Alumni Village, the largest event of Homecoming Weekend! The Alumni Village will include a free concert, alumni T-shirt giveaway, Highlander Kids Zone, alumni games, and the Parade of Tents where alumni will be welcomed by student groups and departments. Mix and mingle with fellow alumni and friends inside the "Under the Kilt" beverage area in the Alumni Village; this space will include band views and a cash bar. Must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol. ID check required. On-site food vendors will provide an assortment of tasty eats to compliment the live music and festivities! Come hungry; leave happy! Bring your chairs and blankets for this free event!

  • Private Cabana Tent Option

    $

    Have a mini reunion for your special group! Reserve one of our private 10x10 tents near the "What's Under the Kilt?" beverage area. It will include a table and chairs for eight, assorted snacks and group signage. A limited number of tents will be available. $250 per tent.

  • Parade of Tents in the Alumni Village

    Free

    Student clubs/organizations and campus departments can request a 10x10 tent with table to decorate and highlight their school spirit for returning alumni/families. Please contact the Office of Alumni Relations by calling 540-831-6045 or emailing Ryan Patterson at rpatterson2@radford.edu to reserve your spot by September 9. Advance registration required. Limited spaces available.
