Every on-campus student and department is assigned a box. It is the box holder's responsibility to check his/her mail on a regular basis. Mail items and packages too large to fit in the box are held at the window, and an email will be sent to you. A valid ID is required to pick up items at the window.
Mail will be forwarded for 6 months from the date we receive notice that you have moved. We will forward First Class mail and parcels mailed through USPS. We are not allowed to forward magazines and newspapers. Parcels from UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. will also not be forwarded. We do not forward mail during spring break, fall break or between semesters if you are living on campus.
