The Department of Theatre & Cinema surveyed our alumni to determine where they are in their careers. The survey asked about current employment, salary and continuing education efforts. Here’s what we learned:

The survey revealed that 95% of our graduates are employed in a wide range of professions. Their ranks include theatre artists, leaders in the arts, arts educators, CEOs, technology specialists, financial analysts, attorneys and a doctor of physical therapy.

• 65% of our graduates earn over $40,000

When asked about the skills they attributed to their Radford University theatre education:

• 88% said their “ability to identify and assess problems” and their “ability to meet deadlines”
• 92% said their “ability to work as a team and collaborate”
• 96% said their “ability to reach effective solutions to problems using available resources”
