Summer is the time of year that Academic Technologies gears-up for the annual new computer deployment process. RU faculty and staff receive a fresh computer on a three-year rotational basis. Academic Technologies keeps track of who needs an updated computer and begins the process in early June, then continues straight through to the beginning of the semester, or beyond if need be.

Beginning in mid-May we send out email notifications to all users who will be receiving a new computer with directions of what is expected, and specific instructions on how to register for classes, if necessary.
