Academic Technologies offers a plethora of online documentation to help solve common issues and educate users in computer and software techniques as well as other technology hardware. Much of the technology that RU uses is documented there, such as the Cisco VPN client for use when logging into RU from a home computer, how to print from a computer in a lab, how to create meeting requests in Microsoft Outlook, etc.
