Use of On-Site Facilities, Individual Training Sessions
Faculty, staff, student and alumni patrons wishing to use CITL’s on-site facilities should contact citl@radford.edu or stop by to make an appointment. If you are new to the space and looking to learn a specific skill, we will match you with someone that can sit with you and teach you what you need to know.
WORKSHOP/MAKERSPACE: once patrons are experienced enough to work on their own, they are able to make appointments to work unassisted.
STUDIO ONE: RU ID is required to check into the studio, and patrons are matched with a CITL intern to engineer/run their session. Students wishing to learn more about the engineering aspect of the studio should contact CITL to set up a meeting.
Classroom Training Sessions
The CITL staff provides training in a variety of teaching, learning and creative skill
areas. Any faculty member interested to request classroom training is asked to contact
CITL via email (citl@radford.edu) at least two weeks prior to the requested training
date. In order to provide individualized service to the faculty member, CITL staff
will meet with the faculty member to design a training agenda to specifically meet
the students’ needs. Faculty interested in an individual training session with a CITL
staff member should contact the CITL to set up an appointment.
