The application process for both Governor's Schools (Visual and Performing Arts and Humanities and Medicine and Health Sciences) begins at the local school district level and is open to rising juniors and seniors (i.e. current 10th or 11th graders) enrolled in Virginia’s high schools. Application forms, along with guides for students, parents and high school administrators, can be found online.
