    While interning at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History in 2018, Sadie Friend ’20 discovered a “chomped chimp,” rare recorded evidence of leopards scavenging on chimpanzees. Her findings led to an academic journal article and mention in Discover magazine.
